Ohio Christian Alliance Praises Supreme Court Ruling on PBA Ban Apr 18, 2007
(Columbus, OH) -- President of the Ohio Christian Alliance Chris Long issued the following statement in reaction to this morning's Supreme Court ruling:
"We join in praise for the Supreme Court’s 5-4 ruling today to uphold the federal ban on partial birth abortion in our nation.Today is a day of justice for the unborn. Not only is the Supreme Court's decision the legally sensible judgment; it is the right thing to do morally. No longer will unborn children in the United States be threatened by this life-ending barbaric procedure. While this is an important step forward, we remain hopeful that a day will come when all unborn children in America are no longer in danger of having their lives ended by abortion."
