Ohio A.G. Mike DeWine defends Ohio's marriage law defining marriage as between one man and one woman. On Friday, AG DeWine submitted a 77-page brief to the U.S.Supreme Court, vigorously asserting that the licensing of marriages should be left up to the states. Click here to read the entire brief.
